Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry and custom crafts! If something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

What can be returned?

• With proof of purchase

What can't be returned?

• Items purchased on sale
• Gift cards
• Perishable goods
• Custom products
• Personal care goods
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids
• Gases

How to start a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. We'll guide you through the process and provide a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
3. Ship your item back to us securely.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount (except for incorrect or damaged items).

Exchanges:

• If you received a damaged item or the wrong size, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
